Returns

As all of our jewellery is made to order we are unable to offer returns. We choose to create on a made to order basis as this allows us to keep our products personal and special. Furthemore it ensures that we are able to minimise our waste and therefore our environmental impact.

All pieces of jewellery are handmade by Ambrin and quality checked upon completion. In the extremely unlikely event that you may recive a faulty or damaged item we will be able to facilitate an exchange, repair or return. Any concerns must be reported within fourteen days of recieving your item.

COVID-19
All jewellery will continue to be handmade by Ambrin and the utmost care and attention will be taken in order to produce your piece safely and in accordance with Covid-19 related government guidelines. Due to restricted workspace and reduced access to materials and supplies our making times are currently slightly longer than usual. We thank you for your patience and support and we wish you and your loved ones safety and health during these difficult times.
