Silver Care

When you are not wearing your Hyphaerie jewels keep them safely stored in a jewellery box or pouch. This will help to prevent your silver from natural tarnishing. If you do notice some tarnishing don't worry as this is a natural ageing process. A special silver polishing cloth will easily remove tarnishing. To keep your jewels gleaming, simply take your cloth and gently glide over your jewellery. This will remove any tarnish and will keep your jewellery shiny and bright!

Polishing Service

Every so often you may like to have your piece refreshed professionally with a polishing treatment. We will recondition your jewellery and return it to you gleaming and revitalized. If you would like to enquire about arranging a polishing treatment please contact us. Your treatment will incur a small fee to cover the time spent polishing and polishing materials.

Repair Service

We understand the upset that a broken piece of jewellery can cause and we are here to help! If you have had an accident with your jewellery please get in touch so that we can perform a repair to restore your piece. Our repair service will incur a fee to cover the cost of the repair and any additional materials that may be needed. We strongly recommend that you come to us for your repair needs as your Hyphaerie jewels are best cared for in Ambrin's hands.

- In the highly unlikely event that your item is faulty you must alert us on receipt of the item. We will be able to arrange an exchange or a repair. Please note all items undergo a final quality check and are photographed upon dispatch.
